PP raw materials and color masterbatch are fed into the extruder through an automatic feeding system. Under the combined action of screw rotation and external heating, the raw materials are heated, melted, compressed, and homogenized into a viscous melt.

The hot, flexible corner protectors extruded from the mold immediately enter the setting table, where they are vacuum-adheded into the molding cavity and then cooled with water to solidify. Dual-exit equipment is typically equipped with two independent vacuum setting devices, or a large setting table that can accommodate two corner protectors simultaneously.

The molten PP material is pushed into a specially designed double-outlet mold, and evenly distributed into two forming channels. Two identical corner guards are extruded simultaneously from the two dies.

This is the key to achieving "dual extrusion." A single die body has two identical forming dies, allowing for the simultaneous extrusion of two PP corner protectors of exactly the same shape and size. The die's flow channel design is crucial, directly affecting the uniformity and stability of the extruded material.

Dual-traction machine: This requires equipment capable of simultaneously tractioning two products. Typically, it's a tracked traction machine with two independent tracks that synchronously and stably clamp and pull the two corner protectors forward, maintaining synchronization with the extrusion speed.

Dual-output synchronous cutter: This is usually a traveling disc cutter or synchronous saw. It can simultaneously or sequentially and precisely cut two moving corner protectors, ensuring consistent cut lengths and clean cuts. Advanced equipment may be equipped with counting and length-fixing functions.

Winding machine or stacking rack: Selected based on the final product form (roll or fixed-length strip). Dual-output equipment needs to be able to handle winding or stacking at two stations simultaneously.

Control system: Integrated electrical control cabinet, centrally controlling parameters such as speed, temperature, vacuum level, and cutting length of the entire production line via PLC and touch screen.
