PP/PE WPC wood plastic composite outdoor exterior wall panel cladding profile making machine

Tongsan Wood Plastic WPC machine is developed for using recycled PP/PE plastic mixing with agriculture wastage(such as wood sawdust, rice husk, rice straw, wheat straw) to make eco-friendly construction products, the max. wood percentage can be 70%.

The production process of PP/PE WPC profile
(1)Waste PP/PE plastic washing and crushing line:To get PP/PE waste plastic flakes.
(2)Wood powder machinery:Including wood chipper,wood powder milling machine and wood powder drying machine.To get dryer wood powder
(3)WPC mixer:To mix wood powder, PP/PE flakes and other chemicals. 
(4)WPC granulating machine:To make WPC powder to WPC pellets. 
(5)WPC profile making machine:To make WPC pellets to kinds of WPC profiles. 
(6)Surface treatment machine:Like embossing machine, sanding and brushing machine etc.
