Equipment Production Process
Feeding: Raw materials (PE/PP granules) are fed into the extruder hopper via a vacuum feeder.

Plasticizing and Extrusion: The raw materials are heated, melted, and plasticized within the extruder, and then pushed toward the die head by the screw.

Coextrusion: The molten plastic forms a tube billet at the die head and enters the high-speed aluminum alloy die.

Vacuum Adsorption Molding: Vacuum and air pressure are used within the die to create a double-walled structure (corrugated outer wall, smooth inner wall).

Cooling and Forming: The formed tube is thoroughly cooled in the die head and in the subsequent water spray tank.

Tractive: The tractor pulls the tube out at a constant speed.

Cutting: The cutter cuts the tube to a fixed length.

Stacking: The finished tubes are automatically stacked.
