Products of diversified specification can be produced with different dies.

1. wood powder making machine
This machine is used for making wood powder 80-100mesh size which is suitable for making WPC products. we will equip different wood powder processing devices according to customer's material, such as wood chipping machine, wood crushing machine, wood grinding machine, wood drying machine

This machine is used for mixing wood and plastic according to the formulation, we will equip the mixers with different functions, for WPC door production, it is necessary to use both Hot mixer and cold mixer. customer can choose semi-auto mixer device or auto-mixing group.
3. WPC door frame extrusion line
WPC door frame extrusion line is used for making PVC WPC door frame according to customized sizes and designs. the customer can make different sizes and designs by changing mold, we shall also help customer to make the good design according to customer's market designs
4. WPC door panel extrusion line
WPC door panel extrusion line is used for making PVC WPC door panel with hollow section to reduce the product weight and cost, and it can give good heat-insulation and noisy-insulation. the customer can change the die head to make different width of door panel from 600-1200mm.
5. WPC door frame lamination machine
WPC door frame lamination machine can laminate PVC decoration film on the WPC door frame to get required beautiful design, we suggest to use PUR hot melt glue system for making high quality WPC door frame.

Installation and training service

Warranty term
3.1 WARRANTY PERIOD: 12 MONTHS, STARTING FROM THE FIRST DAY OF RUNNING MACHINES IN CUSTOMER'S WAREHOUSE
3.2 SELLER SHALL GRANT: SERVICES AND SPARE PARTS, FREE-OF-CHARGE SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY PERIOD.
3.3 LIFELONG SERVICE: THE SELLER SHOULD PROVIDE LIFELONG SERVICE FOR THE SOLD GOODS, THE BUYER PAY FOR NEEDED SPARE PARTS AFTER THE 12MONTHS WARRANTY TERMS.
