PP/PE WPC wood plastic composite WPC profile making machine

Tongsan Wood Plastic WPC machine is developed for using recycled PP/PE plastic mixing with agriculture wastage(such as wood sawdust, rice husk, rice straw, wheat straw) to make eco-friendly construction products, the max. wood percentage can be 70%.


The Wood Plastic WPC machine is used for making WPC profiles by Wood and Plastic composition, such as WPC decking, WPC wall cladding, WPC fencing, WPC pergola, WPC post, etc...


The production process of PP/PE WPC profile
(1)Waste PP/PE plastic washing and crushing line:To get PP/PE waste plastic flakes.
(2)Wood powder machinery:Including wood chipper,wood powder milling machine and wood powder drying machine.To get dryer wood powder
(3)WPC mixer:To mix wood powder, PP/PE flakes and other chemicals. 
(4)WPC granulating machine:To make WPC powder to WPC pellets. 
(5)WPC profile making machine:To make WPC pellets to kinds of WPC profiles. 
(6)Surface treatment machine:Like embossing machine, sanding and brushing machine etc.
