This production line can produce PE, PP, ABS, PMMA, PC, PS, HIPS single layer or multi-layer plastic sheet product.The maximum width of the product is 2000mm,  the thickness range from 1-20mm.Plastic sheet is widely used in refrigerators, air conditioners, advertising< construction, environmental protection, chemicals, sanitary ware, car interiors and other fields.

-Single Screw Extruder:
Single-screw extruder(exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different materials.Specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticization, high output and stable extruding.
Screen changer and mould:The hedraulic quick screen changing device ensures screen changing without material-leakage and machine stopping, and the effect is fast and efficency.

-Extrusion mould:
Based on material difference, the moulds is adopted T-type.Melt dosing pump can be used according to the different materials to guarantee stable extrusion and even thickness.

-Three-roller calending machine:
Vertacal three-roller calendering machine with roller temperature controling device.The gaps of three rollers can be adjusted manually and automatically.It has emergency stop function to ensure safety.
-Cooling bracket:
It is equipped with corresponding cooling guider roller, making the cooling effect better.Meanwhile, it is equipped with edge cutting and cutting device, which guarantees the fixed width of plates and quality of edge.

-Hauling off device
It adopts butyronitrile rubber roller and twice hauling to guarantee the stability and smoothness of plates.The hauling speed is adjusted with the three roller calendering machine synchronously.
-Cutting device
It adopts cylinder clamping, moving cutting and speed frequency regulator to guarantee the cutting speed synchronize with plate production speed.It is adopted alloy saw blade, and is equipped with dust absorption devicte.

3, PAYMENT TERMS:

30% of total amout should be paid by T/T as down payment, the balance(70% of total amount) should be paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C by payment (as sight)

4.DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

4.1.Delivery condition: FOB Qingdao Port.
4.2.Deliver term: within 60 working days after receipt of advanced payment, the seller should inform the buyer to fo inspection, the seller should finish packing of goods and ready for shipment within 15 working days after the seller receipt the full payment.
4.3.Supervision of loading: the seller shoul inform the buyer exactling loading time, the buyer should arrange for supervision of loading.

5. WARRANTY TERMS:

5.1.Warranty period: 12 months< starting from the first day of running machines in customer’s warehouse
5.2.Seller shall grant: services and spare parts, free-of-charge service throughout the entire equipment warranty period.
5.3.Lifelong service: the seller should provide lifelong service for the sold goods, the buyer pay for needed spare parts after the 12 months warranty terms.

6.INSPECTION:

When th machine finished, the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection before shipment, the seller guaranty good pergormance of all the sold goods. The seller undertake the material cost for the machine inspection in seller‘s factory.The buyer should come to seller‘s factory to do the inspection work, or the buyer could entrust any third part to come to seller's factory to do the inspection work.

7.INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONING:

If the buyer requires, the seller should send technician team to buyer's facotry for installation and testing the whole line, and the buyer should undertake the whole food/place and round tickets(airplane, food, hotel, and so on), and pay salary to engineer for 100 USD/day/engineer.
