PP/PE WPC granulating machine

This production line is suitable for producing PP/PE WPC granules. The WPC granulating machine adopt high quality parallel double screw extruder, it can help the plastic completely be mixed with wood and chemical additives. It has the advantage of high output and good plasticization. The PP/PE WPC granules are used to produce the WPC profiles, which ensure the products more durabe.

 

75 parallel double screw extruder

The parallel double screw extruder equips with screw auto feeder. The raw material is PE granules, wood powder and chemical additives. The extrusion capacity can be 300-350 kg per hour.The drive power is 90kw. Frequency conversion speed regulation.

 

Screw

According to the organic combination of threaded elements and mesh blocks of different leads and lengths, to achieve various functions such as conveying plasticization, mixing, shear dispersion, homogenize, exhaust devolatilization,and pressure extrusion. Co-rotating. Screw element material is high-quality high-speed tool steel (W6Mo5Cr4V2) wear-resistant type.Vacuum quenching treatment; finely ground and formed by a CNC thread grinder dedicated to threaded components. Mandrel: Made of high-strength high-quality alloy steel 40CrNiMo.

 

Barrel

Barrel structure: connected in parallel, section 1 is the feeding port, sections 3, 5, 7, and 9 are exhaust ports, and the rest are closed barrels. Electric heating, the total power is about 35KW. The inner circulating water is cooled by soft water. The outer circulating water is natural water. The inner cooling channel of the barrel adopts the structure of circulating back and forth water channel. The cooling is timely and uniform. The inlet and return water main pipes are made of stainless steel, and each barrel is filled with water. The regulating water valve is a stainless steel valve.

 

Feeder

Automatic feed the raw material into the section 1 barrel. The drive power is 1.5kw. Frequency conversion speed regulation. The hopper material is stainless steel.

 

Reduction gearbox

Adopt parallel three-axis design, Deceleration and torque distribution in one.Gears are made of high-quality alloy material 20CrNi2MoA. Gears are all carburized and quenched hard tooth surfaces to ensure gear strength. Uniform tooth load, high strength, low noise, and large transmission torque.The gear bearing is oil-immersed in the reduction box, and the gear meshing and bearing points are equipped with shunt oil pressure lubrication. Lubrication cooling adopts tubular cooler, circulating water cooling.

3.PAYMENT TERMS
30% of total amount should be paid by T/T as down payment.
The balance (70% of total amount) should be paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C by payment (at sight).
4.DELIVERY CONDITIONS
4.1 delivery condition: FOB Qingdao port.
4.2 delivery term: within 60 working days after receipt of down payment, the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection. the seller should finish packing of goods and ready for shipment within 15 working days after the seller receipt the full payment.
4.3 supervision of loading: the seller should inform the buyer exacting loading time, the buyer should arrange for supervision of loading!
5.WARRANTY TERMS
5.1 warranty period: 12 months, starting from the first day of running machines in customer's warehouse.
5.2 seller shall grant: services and spare parts, free-of-charge service throughout the entire equipment warranty period.
5.3 lifelong service: the seller should provide lifelong service for the sold goods, the buyer pay for needed spare parts after the 12months warranty terms.
6.INSPECTION
when the machine finished. the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection before shipment, the seller guaranty good performance of all the sold goods. The seller undertake the material cost for the machine inspection in seller's factory. The buyer should come to seller's factory to do the inspection work, or the buyer could entrust any third part to come to seller's factory to do the inspection work.
7.INSTALLATION
The seller should send engineer to buyer's factory for machine installation and testing. Buyer should undertake all the traveling costs for engineer (such as hotel, air tickets and food) and engineer salary 150 USD/day/engineer. If engineers can't go to customer's factory for machine installation, the seller should provide online video calling service to guide customer for machine installation and running.
