The WPC granules extrusion line is used for making WPC granules from recycled PP PE plastic and wood powder, the wood powder content can be 60-70%. the traditional WPC granules extrusion line has disadvantage of big environment pollution because some little wood powder will go to air when doing feeding and extrusion. and also the moisture from material shall also be vent to air from the extruder.
For solving this problem, our company has made new designed WPC granules extrusion line after our engineer's hard working and testing, the line can work stably and without environment pollution.
It has the advantages as below:
1, feeding system without powder pollution:
we are using vacuum suction feeding system for the WPC granules extrusion line, it can ensure the wood powder shall be fully feeded to the extruder hopper by strong vacuum. the feeder and hopper are fully closed when doing feeding.
2, extruder system without powder pollution and smoke pollution:
we equip air suction system for the extruder, it can take away all the powder or smoke from the venting holes of the barrel.
3, pelletizing system without powder pollution and smoke pollution:
we equip air suction system for the pelletizing die head, it can take away all the smoke and powder from the die head tank.
4, cooling system without smoke pollution:
we equip air suction system for the granules cooling system, it can take away all the smoke from the cooling tanks.
