PP/PE WPC profile making machine can continuously produce PP/PE WPC profile. Including PP/PE WPC decking floor, PP/PE WPC outdoor wall panel, PP/PE WPC fence , post and so on.
The customer can also use this line to produce PVC WPC window and door profile by changing the screw and mould.

Production flow of PP/PE WPC profile
a. plastic recycling: washing, crushing ,drying the PP/PE plastic wastage into flakes, the flakes shall be used for WPC production directly.
b. wheat straw powder making: crushing, milling and drying the wheat straw into 80-100 mesh powder
c. material mixing: weighting and mixing all material together according to our formula by hot mixing machine
d. WPC granulating: extrusion by parallel double screw extruder and do hot-pelletizing into WPC granules.
e. WPC extrusion: extrusion by conical double screw extruder and molding in required size and shape with water cooling calibrating, online fixed length cutting.
f. WPC surface design: embossing, brushing, or sanding on the surface to make different wooden grain feeling.
(2)PVC/UPVC WPC wood plastic composite WPC profile making machine
This production line continuosly produce PVC WPC profiles, such as door frame and window profile,wall and ceiling panel,skirting etc.
This production line consists of twin conical screw extruder, die head , calibrating table, haul off and cutting machine ,stacker.

(1) Plastic PVC profile machine is specializing in producing PVC plastic profiles such as PVC WPC doors and windows profiles, decorative plates, tiny foaming profiles and decorative plates.

(3) By Absorbing advanced technology from abroad, our company developed the large plastic profile machine, which is equipped with twin conical screw extruder, and it possesses the advantages of high degree automation, stable performance, high output and efficiency, etc.
(4) The customer can use one PVC window and door profile machine produce different size and shape profiles by changing the mould .
(5) PVC profile extrusion line is optimumly designed by referring to the latest overseas technology, it bears the features of even plasticization, low cutting rate, high output, and long lifespan, etc. The extrusion line includes twin conical screw extruder, mould,calibrator, haul off and cutting machine,stacker.
(6) To match with different moulds, the calibrating platform of 4m, 6m, 8m or 11m, etc. can be chosen accordingly. The main machine with parallel double-screw is especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of various kinds of profiles.
(7) The PVC profile machine is run by alternating current frequency controller or direct current controllable silicon. The temperature controlling instrument is introduced from abroad. In addition, the vacuum pump and traction engine of the auxiliary machines are quality products which can be maintained easily.

(3)Auxiliary machines for making WPC profiles
(1)Wood powder milling machine
The wood powder milling machine is composed of rough crushing device, storage,miller part, rotational flow tank,pulse dust collectors,etc.
the milling machine adopts pendulum type structure.This machine can produce the wood powder in 40-100 mesh continuously.The wood powder produced by wood milling machine can use for WPC machine to make WPC products.

(2)Wood powder dryer machine
The newly designed wood powder dryer is improved with electromagnetic heating instead of the previous hot air heating.Besides,the machine adopts the screw pushing design and solve material bridging problem,and also prevents the combustion and explosion might caused by exces temperature.The production efficiency has been improved by about 50%.
